This ticket is valid only for the date and event issued. TELLURIDE WINE FESTIVAL the event presenter, it's subsidiaries and affiliates ("the Presenter") are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or other items of personal property.
Tickets should not be purchased from anyone other than an authorized ticket agent. By being admitted, the holder of this ticket expressly agrees that:
(1) For security purposes, the holder of this ticket consents to a reasonable inspection before entering;(2) This is an at-will license which may be revoked by the Presenter at any time for any reason;(3) This ticket may not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any federal, state/provincial or local laws or regulations;(4) The holder agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Presenter, and to accept the direction of the Presenters authorized personnel;(5) This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written permission of the Presenter.(6) Objects likely to endanger persons, or which violate any laws, ordinance or regulations are not allowed on the event property, and may be removed from the property.(7) Admission to premises constitutes the holder of this tickets consent, without any consideration, to be photographed, videotaped, or recorded for any purpose or use.
THIS TICKET CAN NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ALL TICKETS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED.
Photography, filming and audio or video recording is prohibited at most events however please check with event personnel.
